- The DCG409 is part of the Flexvolt Advantage range which means it can run off an 18v XR battery but is designed to deliver maximum performance when used with a 54v Flexvolt battery.
- For user safety it has several Perform & Protect
- including a rapid action electronic brake and an electronic clutch which is designed to reduce the chance of dangerous kickback if the accessory gets pinched in the workpiece.
- The DCG409 is also comfortable and convenient to use: the locking nut is tightened or loosened with a standard hex key, while the ergonomic rubberised housing and soft start motor help to ensure maximum control at all times.
