- The Sealey TC10 is an automatic tyre changer designed for professional workshops handling cars and light commercial vehicles.
- With the capacity to accommodate wheel rims from 11" to 23" (internal clamping from 13" to 23"), this air-operated machine streamlines the tyre fitting process whilst protecting valuable alloy wheels throughout the operation.
- Built with a rear tilting column and head lock mechanism operated by compressed air, the TC10 delivers efficient tyre changing with a powerful 2500kg bead breaking force.
- The machine
- plastic protectors fitted to both the clamping jaws and mounting head, providing essential protection against damage to alloy wheel finishes during the fitting process.
- Supplied as a comprehensive workshop solution, the TC10 includes a 485mm tyre lever, integrated tyre inflator (0-10 bar), tyre soap tub, air regulator and lubricator.
- The unit is powered by a 1.1kW motor running on standard 230V single-phase supply and requires an operating air pressure of 8-10 bar through a 1/4" BSP inlet.
- For workshops regularly handling low profile or run flat tyres, the optional TC10A Assist Arm accessory is required to achieve optimal results with these more demanding tyre types.
