- SAFETY STOPPERSA base plate safety stopper is included on both ends of the dovetail.
- This will keep your base plate from accidentally sliding off of the dovetail.
- To mount the dovetail. you can simply push the safety stopper down as you mount the baseplate.
- The spring-loaded stopper will move back into its original position after the baseplate has been mounted.
- TRIPOD PLATE MOUNTING POINTSAny tripod plate with a 1/4-20 or 3/8-16 screw can mount directly to the bottom of the dovetail.
- The dovetail
- 7 1/4-20 screw threads and 7 3/8-16 screw threads.
- This allows your tripod plate to be mounted in various areas of the dovetail such as the back. center. or front.
