- Makita's 40v XGT range was introduced in 2020 as a powerful, heavy duty cordless platform with an all-new battery system.
- XGT batteries are encased in heavy duty housings with impact absorbing padding, and can be fully recharged in rapid time (as little as 28 minutes).
- Two way digital communication between tool and battery ensures optimum performance and reliability at all times, while allowing for future updates to be implemented into the range if necessary.
- This new platform is not intended as a replacement for the industry standard 18v LXT range, and has been designed to work alongside it: the ADP10 charging adaptor means you can recharge all your LXT and XGT batteries from the same charger to eliminate clutter on site.
